STMicroelectronics has introduced the DCP0606Y automotive-grade buck converter, enabling designers to develop compact, high-efficiency step-down power supplies capable of delivering up to 6A maximum output current at a minimum voltage of 0.6V.

These regulators power digital cores in telematics systems, head-up displays, infotainment systems, and ADAS power supplies—addressing devices requiring high-current, low-voltage post-regulation.
